The kitchen brigade is headed by Alan Irwin, who is formerly from the four rosette, one Michelin starred and 'AA Restaurant of the Year', Chapter One in Bromley. He has also worked for two Michelin starred John Burton Race and has been in the finals of both the Roux Scholarship and The Gordon Ramsay Scholarship Award.
